An anime series based on the Gunma prefecture mascot character, Gunma-chan. This is Hiragana Gunma--a strange place that exists somewhere in the world. While it may be strange, it's also a place of kindness and warmth. Just as there are many different people around you, we see many kinds of strange residents here as well.
